  I gave one star because there's no other choice. The worst experience ever! More than 4 hours of wait while bleeding through nose and mouth. Came in after 9 pm nurse took info, never check on my mom again. More than 3 hours later they put her in a nasty room just to wait almost 2 more hours for a doctor to see her. Ridiculous wait, horrible care!!

  Last night September 4 at approximately 1:00 A. M. I went to your facility for severe stomach cramps and vomiting. I was treated with excellent care even though I did not have any insurance. Doctor Labat and Nurse Emily were my primary caregivers at the time. They treated me with so much care and empathy that I wish I could go on national television just to thank them. The fact that I did not have any insurance did not deter the level of attention I needed at the time. Thank you Doctor Labat and Nurse Emily for your excellent care and passion. Those two are definitely "not" in medicine for the money, there are in medicine because they truly care. Thank you both for making my extremely painful situation bearable.• • • Last night September 4 at approximately 1:00 A. M. I went to your facility for severe stomach cramps

  Took great care of my grandma while she stayed there for a week before my aunt took her back to Houston to be in a nursing home when she took my grandma with her. She passed away not long after that at 99 1/2 years old.
